Reservations are made directly with the owner, thus benefitting from considerably lower rates than through agencies.

The rental rates are inclusive of the following: -

• Arrival cleaning and preparation service
• Weekly laundry service for stays of two weeks or longer

The Rental Payment terms are as follows;

• Receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking
• Balance of rental payment due six weeks before holiday dates
• Refundable deposit of £100 payable with final balance, subject to satisfactory property inspection after departure.
• Discounts available for three weeks or more
• Late deals available, please ask for rates
