Our garden apartment resides within the small and intimate resort complex of Helios Heights, offering privacy and seclusion but also ease of access to a wide variety of resort facilities. Inside, the apartment boasts a high specification with marble bathrooms and cherrywood cabinetry. Outside, the spacious terrace areas overlook the private garden and swimming pool. This single-story property is suitable for all ages, particularly young children who are able to safely enjoy the surroundings and all the facilities that are on offer.

The living and dining area feature tall, elegant windows, facing the gardens and are arranged on either side of the entry foyer, with the dining area easily served by the nearby kitchen.

The kitchen is set apart from the living area and is designed to be clutter-free with high quality cabinets, solid granite worktops and top range appliances. A huge fridge freezer is available to keep well stocked up for the summer entertaining.

The bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms and private terraces for additional seclusion.

Bedroom (1) features built in wardrobes, a generous en-suite bathroom with bath, prominent marble vanity unit and walk-in shower.

Bedroom (2) also features built in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
